Return Policy
Movyon will consider as potentially defective any provided OBU if:
- The return is pre-arranged. This can be done by creating a support ticket to OBU Production and Quality Team and filling RMA form
- The product is returned to us with proof of purchase (Invoice Number and delivery date to the customer warehouse)
- The OBU is covered by warranty as in Warranty and Terms Conditions
- The product is in original conditions and doesn’t show any defects due to misuse, signs of tampering, mechanical damage, missing or damaged manufacturer label. It is important not to open the external plastic case of the OBU: this must only be done by Movyon OBU Production and Quality Team.
Movyon will provide preliminary feedback once the OBUs will be delivered to Movyon Production and Quality Team
